Mission - Take one old, ugly house and make it nice! Spend the least
amount of time and the least amount of dollars it will take to make it nice.
Day 1 begins on closing day, July 30th. Remodel begins after
the police have been called at 4 a.m. to remove the last tenant (squatter),
Wednesday, August 6th.

23,800 lbs in first dumpster load, 8,460 lbs in second
dumpster load, plus 2 trips to the dump with a full pickup load
